Metal Bonding & Composite Lay-Up
Our bonding/controlled contamination area is a temperature
controlled environment maintaining positive air pressure. The 6,400
square foot area houses a laminator to ensure intimate contact of
bondable surface for sheet metal laminate accommodating 380"
long x 70" wide.
Our bonding capabilities include:
- Metal to Metal
- Metal to Homeycomb Core
- Rivet Bonding
- Cold Bonding
- Composite: Fiberglass & Carbon Fiber to include prepreg
and wet lay-up
The 50 ft long x 10 ft wide autoclave is equipped with electronic
controlled programming capabilities to ensure cure cycles continuously
meet customer specified requirements.
