Prior experience in the Sales of Aerospace Component Manufacturing,
Preferrably in Metal bonding, and Composite applications.

2)
(NDT) Nondestructive Testing
- Ultrasonic
Technician must possess the ability to certify to a level-II or
higher, and have bond testing knowledge and/or experience.
3)
(NDT) Magnetic Particle Inspection
- Must be
certifiable to at least a Level-I and have prior experience in
aerospace applications.
4)
(Sheet Metal Mechanic)
- Must have
the ability to read blue prints: Follow written instructions:
Experience in Brake forming: Roll forming: Stretch Forming: etc…
5)
(Assembly Technician)
- Must possess
prior experience in Fastener installation & Removal, have
the ability to read blue prints: follow written instructions:
interpret Specifications:
6)
(Bond Technician)
- Must be
familiar with Bagging Techniques: Lay up techniques to include:
Wet-Lay-ups: Pre-Preg Lay-ups: Metal Bonding: Secondary Bonding:
Edge Potting: Sealing
7)
(Autoclave Operator)
- Must be
familiar with Autoclave functions, and recipes
8)
(Metal Bond Inspector)
- Must have
prior experience in Metal Bonding, and Composites: Receiving Inspection:
In-Process Inspection: Final Inspection
9)
(A & P) Mechanic
- Must Be
familiar with FAR Part 145 and Customer SRM’s for Limited
Airframe Applications.
10)
(Machinist)
- Must be
familiar with 5-axis machines for routing, trimming, and machining
close tolerance small to large parts.
11)
(Estimator)
- Must be
familiar with Aerospace Assembly Drawings, and processes to include
forming: Heat treating: Chem. Milling: Processing, and Finishing.
12)
(Engineer)
- Tool Design:
Catia: Solid works: Assembly Fixtures: Blank Layouts:
