Phosphroic Acid Anodizing Line (PAA)

Brenner Aerostructures is pleased to announce the opening of our new fully automated Phosphoric Acid Anodizing Line. The line features include 25' long x 8' deep x 3' wide tanks with the ability to run multiple flight bars.

Adhesive Prime and Cure

Brenner has a 3000 sq foot controlled contamination area which includes a 30' long x 15' wide dedicated down draft spray booth and a dedicated curing oven. Oven Pyrometry is controlled in accordance with AMS2750 and Certified in accordance with BAC5621

Qualifications and Timeframe

The process line and priming operations is qualified to the requirements of Boeing’s BAC 5555 and BAC 5514 and NADCAP chemical processing. The line is completely operational and qualified to NADCAP and Boeing requirements in April 2010.
